Here's how it works: 
1) Fill out the form below, when you submit, it will come to Lange Travel.  We then create your reservations with the cruise line or tour operator. 
When filling out the form, be sure to look for any  RED * asterisks - This is required information, you cannot submit without having something in the box. 
2) Be sure to fill out your name as it appears on your PASSPORT.  Your full name as it appears on your passport is now required by US Customs and TSA.  If you don't have a passport, it is recommended that you get one.  IF you don't have a passport, you can still register for the cruise, we'll update the registration once you get your official passport if the name is different.  So, go ahead and register. 
3) Once we complete the cruise line registration, we'll send you confirmation of the booking and any confirmation for payment. 
4) Credit Card information is secure.  To add another layer of security, please TEXT the 3 numbers on back of your card to 904-315-9670 - This is Andy Lange's text number.  Please tell me your name and the 3 numbers only.  We will know what it is for. 
5) In Step 5 - Additional Information:  Please put in the "Special Requests" box, the following: 
- Any special events you are celebrating?  Wedding Anniversary, Birthday, Family Reunion?? 
- Emergency Contact name and phone number (for the cruise line).
​6) In Step 5 - At the end of the form it asks for electronic signature.  Just use your mouse and scribble your name, or if you have touch screen, use finger to "sign it". 

Click Submit and it'll be sent to us at Lange Travel.  We then make the booking, follow up with you for deposit and monthly payment plans if interested.
