Lange Travel Terms and Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY: Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is acting as intermediary or as an agent for suppliers, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, motor coach, restaurants, sightseeing companies, other travel agencies, etc., in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.).
Furthermore, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel cannot control the circumstances, causes, effects, weather, strikes, bankruptcies, etc., of our suppliers. It is absolutely clear in your acceptance of participation in this trip that Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel cannot guarantee airlines, flight times, hotels, attractions, shows, restaurants, motor coach vendors, etc., and any unforeseen changes that might occur in the future.
This agency therefore shall not be responsible for any intentional or unintentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers which will result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel reserves the right in its sole discretion, and acting as intermediary or as agent for these suppliers, to modify the itinerary, components of the itinerary, or the use of suppliers that is best for the operation of that tour. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time, money, or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements.
Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels, shows, airlines, restaurants, attractions, etc., of similar quality at any time. All rates are subject to Fuel Supplement Charges and Currency Rate fluctuations at any time before or after final payment. Furthermore, your claim about these unforeseen changes has in no way an effect on your decision to cancel or in waiving cancellation penalties that will be imposed as a result of your cancellation. Additionally, all requests (such as flight seating, hotel room types, etc.) are requests that cannot be guaranteed and your participation in the cruise or tour in no way assumes that you have been given any guarantees.
NO representative of Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel can make claims of these guarantees to the contrary. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person, as a member of any tour, at any time, and no further obligation will be assumed by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel.
We also reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, and in such cases all payments will be refunded without further obligation on our part. If a passenger leaves the tour at any time, all return fares and other expenses will be assumed by the passenger. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel reserves the right to retain up to its agency revenue in the event of cancellations for any reason. Cruise & Tour passage is subject to the terms and conditions not only in this contract but also those outlined by the vendor.
What does this mean? This outlines what Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel responsibilities are. Bottom line, if Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel cannot control the situation, it’s not the agency’s responsibility.
CHOOSING YOUR OWN CABIN: Reservations are confirmed as a category guarantee, meaning the cabin will be assigned by the cruise line closer to the departure date.
What does this mean? In most situations, the stateroom/cabin number and which deck it’s on is not confirmed by the cruise line UNTIL full deposit or final payment is made.
STANDARD AIR: In many cases, Air Fare is NOT included and it is your responsibility to book airfare. Please Note: In some cases Transfers from/ to all airports are not included in your package unless otherwise stated on the flyer. Transfers from/to the airports can be purchased for an additional fee. Ask us for details.
What does this mean? Air Fare is not usually included in tours. It is your responsibility to book air tickets for yourself and traveling companions. Some cruise lines offer transfers as part of their cruise, when they do so, it will be stated on the flyer. Or, contact us and ask us specifically about transfers.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: A per person deposit is due to confirm reservation. Fares do not include, additional service charges or insurance payment. Departure Taxes, Passports or Visa’s and the like are additional expenses paid by the passenger. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will assist you in getting a VISA if tour requires, but payment will be your responsibility. Full Payment is due 120 days prior to departure. Payment to Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is limited to Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
PRE TOURS, POST TOURS & UPGRADES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION or WHEN OFFERED.
What does this mean? Deposits will confirm reservations. There are other components to the tour package that do not include other service charges or insurance. Other charges like taxes, getting passports or visa, is your responsibility. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will make every effort to identify these other charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Loss of deposit for cancellation after booking. After Final Payment the penalties are as follows: 120 - 61 days prior - 50%; 60 - 31 days prior - 75%; within 30 days – 100%. Percentages apply to the total cost of the tour. These are general cancellation fees, some of our promotions are non-refundable after booking, in which case please see specific notation on front of flyer.
What does this mean? You have certain number of days to cancel your trip. The closer it gets to the trip date, the more you will lose. Be mindful of the dates listed above. Some items are not refundable at all, and which case, check the flyer to make sure.
PRICING: All pricing in brochures are current at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. REVISION FEES: Any changes made to a reservation after deposit is subject to a minimum $35 Revision Fee per occurrence. Revision Fees (including Premium Air Fees and Choose Your Cabin) are non-refundable and cannot be insured.
What does this mean? Pricing does change, however, when making a deposit or final payment, your pricing is usually set. When making revisions to your trip, ie., name change, change in dates, etc… these are usually incur a change fee by the vendor. You will be responsible for such fees.
DECLINED PAYMENTS: If checks are accepted, returned checks are subject to a charge of $39 or 5% of the face value, whichever is greater. In addition, any form of payment not honored will be subject to electronic collection using information which may be on file. For example, if a credit card is declined but you have submitted a check for any other reason, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will draft those funds by submitting an electronic check to your bank. In the event that any check is dishonored or returned for insufficient funds and such default is not cured after notice pursuant to Florida Statute §68.065, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel shall be entitled to file a civil action against you for three times the amount of the check, in addition to the payment of the check, plus court costs, reasonable attorney’s fees and any bank fees incurred by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel in taking the action.
What does this mean? We reserve the right to charge you $39.00 or 5% of the face value of your check payment should it be declined. Please make sure payments will go through at time of payment.
LEGAL NAMES & PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel requires you to give your FULL LEGAL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH as it appears on your PASSPORT at the time of deposit. ANY changes in the spelling of your name will incur a NAME CHANGE FEE. PASSPORT, VISA, AND/ OR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP could be required for this travel. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as the traveler to contact any authorities (U.S. Customs for Americans, or your Foreign Consulate office if you are not a U.S. citizen) to obtain any Passports, Visas, or Proof of Citizenship required.
What does this mean? Passports is your responsibility. Making sure your name and address is correct on your documents is important. Any changes will incur a fee. Be careful and mindful of filling out forms to avoid additional fees down the road.
A VALID PASSPORT MUST have six (6) months remaining on the passport after your planned return to the U.S. If it does not, you should renew your passport. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel strongly advises that all guests leaving the United States obtain a valid passport for travel.
What does this mean? Passports cannot expire within 6 months AFTER returning to the US. Make sure your passport does not expire within this time frame. When traveling outside the United States, a passport is strongly encouraged.
This is your only notice about providing proof of citizenship, passports, and visa’s. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be held responsible for your lack of proper identification.
What does this mean? We won’t be able to help you if you don’t have the proper identification.
AIRLINE ARRANGEMENTS: If included in tour, once Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel purchases any airline ticket, said ticket will be 100% non-refundable/non-changeable/ non-transferrable. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel does not pay ANY airline imposed fees for Baggage, Seating Assignments, check in fees, etc. Please contact your specific air carrier directly, or go to their website, for complete information of their additional fees charged. TSA requires that names on Airline tickets MUST MATCH the name as it appears on your passport. Having an incorrectly spelled name could result in additional fees, a new ticket being purchased and/or denied boarding. ANY costs involving a name change to an airline ticket will be the responsibility of the traveler. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible if an airline cancels or delays a flight for any reason, including weather.
What does this mean? Airline tickets are usually non-refundable. Guljan Inc., does not pay for any additional charges such as baggage, seating, check in fees, etc., these are your responsibility. Names on reservations must match! So, be sure to check your passport and have the exact match on all your travel documents. Any costs involving a name change is your responsibility. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, bad weather or any other reason an airline must do to change flights. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be held liable for any issues arising from air travel.
If you are unable to make your departure, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible for, and will not provide any refund for components of trips missed due to canceled or delayed Flights. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel does not participate in, nor can we assist in any frequent Flyer programs
What does this mean? Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be responsible if you miss your flight, or delayed to arrival tour start point. Any charges or costs incurred by traveler to reach tour start point, is your responsibility.
HOTEL FEES: Any hotel that requires guests to pay a “Resort Fee”, “Tourist Tax” or a “City Tax” upon arrival at the hotel will be the responsibility of the guest to be paid to the hotel in local currency upon arrival. Any additional fees will be stated on the flyer whenever possible. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is unable to pre-pay these taxes & fees and therefore shall not be held liable to any traveler for reimbursement of these taxes & fees.
What does this mean? Unless otherwise noted on the flyer, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel, will not be responsible for any Resort Fees or Tourist Tax, or City Taxes that are imposed by the hotel. Every effort will be made to note any additional charges that are not included in the package or tour.
OPTIONAL TOURS: Reservations are non- transferrable and non-refundable after booking, including, but not limited to, cancellation of port by Cruise Line or weather issues. By booking an optional tour, you acknowledge that excursions cannot be canceled for any reason including but not limited to regret of purchase. Additionally, while no revisions of the itinerary are anticipated, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel reserves the right to change any tour, schedule, or price, or to substitute stops and attractions on any tour without notice, and to use substitute equipment as necessary. You must contact your Travel Insurance provider to insure your optional tour purchase (or any other additional purchases made to the reservation). Do not assume that tours are insured because you have a policy on your base travel package. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be held responsible for tours not insured by your insurance provider.
What does this mean? Sometimes, changes to the tour, (ie., dates, venues, cruise lines, etc..) may occur. Guljan Inc., is allowed to (without notice) use substitute equipment, change of vendors, etc… when necessary. When changes occur, it’s your responsibility to check with the travel insurance company to make sure your coverage is still applicable to the tour costs.
We reserve the right to require a minimum number of passengers to operate any tour. Any tour canceled by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will be promptly refunded. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel highly recommends that you review optional tours offered by the cruise line/vendor as well as their terms and conditions to ensure you choose the Optional Tours that best fit your travel needs.
What does this mean? Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel can make changes if certain number of passengers do not sign up for the tour. Any tours cancelled by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will be refunded wherever possible. In cases where there are non-refundable costs, your travel insurance may pick up that cost. It’s your responsibility to know what is and isn’t covered. Contact the travel insurance company you purchased your policy from to make certain you have the right coverage. Changes to itinerary often means reviewing the insurance coverage.
Additionally, please review your signed passenger information agreement and our general terms and conditions for the trip. That agreement applies to any optional tours you purchase from Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is acting as intermediary or as an agent for suppliers, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, motor coach, restaurants, sightseeing companies, other travel agencies, etc., in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel. Therefore, this agency shall not be held responsible for any intentional or unintentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers which will result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. By participating in our Optional Tour program, you confirm that you will not, at any time, dispute any charges or process a charge back with your credit card company. Should a credit card dispute or chargeback occur, you agree to pay Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel for any costs involved in said dispute or charge back, including but not limited to Bank fees, Legal fees and administrative costs.
What does this mean? Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is acting as intermediary or agent for suppliers, cruise lines, hotels, motor coaches, restuarants, sightseeing companies, and other travel agencies in selling or accepting reservations or bookings for services. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any intentional or unintentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of the supplier.
By purchasing your tour through Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel, you confirm that you will not, at any time, dispute any charges or process a charge back with your credit card company. Should a credit card dispute or chargeback occur, you agree to pay Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel any costs involved in said dispute or charge back, including bank fees, legal fees, and administrative costs.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MEDICAL CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE. PLEASE READ THE CERTIFICATE OF TRAVEL PROTECTION CAREFULLY. IT IS RECOMMENDED YOU COMPARE AND REVIEW OTHER TRAVEL PROTECTION SUPPLIERS BEFORE PURCHASE. THE TRAVEL PROTECTION OFFERED IS THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. GULJAN INC., DBA LANGE TRAVEL DOES NOT OWN NOR OPERATE ANY TRAVEL PROTECTION PROVIDER, NOR HAS ANY INFLUENCE IN THE OUTCOME OF ANY CLAIM.
What does this mean? Travel Insurance is a necessary component of a trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance. We have preferred travel insurance providers, but do not control or own any aspect of travel insurance business.
DISCOUNTS: Any discounts/coupons must be pre-approved by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel to be accepted on Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel group programs. Many coupons offered by cruise lines and other suppliers specifically exclude applying acceptance to group travel. Because our group departures are highly discounted each coupon or discount must be reviewed by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel to determine if they can be applied. A service fee may be applied to the acceptance of discount coupon and that amount will be deducted from the coupon value. Additionally, all discounts and coupons apply to the first and second passenger ONLY traveling in a cabin/ room.
What does this mean? Have a discount coupon from a travel vendor? Check with us first to make sure the coupon can be applied to the tour you are interested in.
DOCUMENTS: You will receive your documents approximately 7 days prior to departure. Passengers requesting documents to be shipped to a Canadian address will be charged a $75 handling fee. Documents shipped to any other country outside the United States will be charged a $100 handling fee.
What does this mean? Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will charge Canadians $75.00 and anybody else outside of the United States $100.00 handling fee to mail documents.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Regardless of the length of the trip you are allowed one checked bag and one carry-on per person. Carry-on Bag should not exceed the dimensions of 12”x11”x6” and checked bag should not exceed the dimensions 30”x21”x11” and weight not exceeding 50 lbs. These are Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel Policies, however airlines and other vendors may have specific policies that you should review.
What does this mean? The measurements here are suggested by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel. However, airlines and other transportation modes have their own requirements as well. Always check with your airlines for exact measurements needed for your luggage.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES: If legal action or arbitration is commenced for the breach, interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs, including attorney’s fees, whether the same be for negotiation, trial or appellate work, incurred by the prevailing party as a result of such breach.
What does this mean? If you dispute any part of the agreement or tour, the prevailing party (either Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel or you) shall be entitled to recover all costs.
Customer Agrees to indemnify and hold Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel and its employees harmless from any loss, damage or expense associated with the services provided to customer by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel under the terms of this Agreement. This indemnity and hold harmless shall include, but not limited to, the payment of all Attorney’s fees and costs whether for negotiation, trial, or appellate proceeding. This indemnity and hold harmless shall survive the termination of this agreement.
What does this mean? You will not hold Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses associated with the services provided to you by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel under the terms of this agreement.
All claims, disputes and other matters in question arising out of, or relating to, this contract or breach thereof, except for claims based upon nonpayment by Customer, shall be decided by Arbitration in St. John, Florida, in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association unless the parties mutually agree or this agreement provides otherwise. This agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforceable under the prevailing arbitration law. The award rendered by the arbitrators shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notice of the demand for arbitration shall be filed in writing with the other party to the contract and with the American Arbitration Association.
What does this mean? IF you have a dispute, we will go through Arbitration in St. John County, Florida. You agree that whatever the Arbitrators decide will be final.
The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the claim, dispute or other matter in question has arisen, and in no event shall it be made after the date when institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such claim, disputer or other matter in question would be barred by applicable statute of limitations. Upon initiation of arbitration proceedings, no discovery shall be conducted unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Customer agrees no complaint will be filed in St. John County Florida to the exclusion of any other county, state, territory, or country. Arbitration applies to all circumstances whether you have traveled or not.
What does this mean? You must request arbitration within a reasonable amount of time. You agree that you will not file any complaints without first requesting arbitration.
This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. What does this mean? This agreement is binding on Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel, it’s employees, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. For example, if a credit card is declined but you have submitted a check for any other reason, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will draft those funds by submitting an electronic check to your bank. In the event that any check is dishonored or returned for insufficient funds and such default is not cured after notice pursuant to Florida Statute §68.065, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel shall be entitled to file a civil action against you for three times the amount of the check, in addition to the payment of the check, plus court costs, reasonable attorney’s fees and any bank fees incurred by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel in taking the action.
What does this mean? We reserve the right to charge you $39.00 or 5% of the face value of your check payment should it be declined. Please make sure payments will go through at time of payment.
LEGAL NAMES & PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel requires you to give your FULL LEGAL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH as it appears on your PASSPORT at the time of deposit. ANY changes in the spelling of your name will incur a NAME CHANGE FEE. PASSPORT, VISA, AND/ OR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP could be required for this travel. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as the traveler to contact any authorities (U.S. Customs for Americans, or your Foreign Consulate office if you are not a U.S. citizen) to obtain any Passports, Visas, or Proof of Citizenship required.
What does this mean? Passports is your responsibility. Making sure your name and address is correct on your documents is important. Any changes will incur a fee. Be careful and mindful of filling out forms to avoid additional fees down the road.
A VALID PASSPORT MUST have six (6) months remaining on the passport after your planned return to the U.S. If it does not, you should renew your passport. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel strongly advises that all guests leaving the United States obtain a valid passport for travel.
What does this mean? Passports cannot expire within 6 months AFTER returning to the US. Make sure your passport does not expire within this time frame. When traveling outside the United States, a passport is strongly encouraged.
This is your only notice about providing proof of citizenship, passports, and visa’s. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be held responsible for your lack of proper identification.
What does this mean? We won’t be able to help you if you don’t have the proper identification.
AIRLINE ARRANGEMENTS: If included in tour, once Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel purchases any airline ticket, said ticket will be 100% non-refundable/non-changeable/ non-transferrable. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel does not pay ANY airline imposed fees for Baggage, Seating Assignments, check in fees, etc. Please contact your specific air carrier directly, or go to their website, for complete information of their additional fees charged. TSA requires that names on Airline tickets MUST MATCH the name as it appears on your passport. Having an incorrectly spelled name could result in additional fees, a new ticket being purchased and/or denied boarding. ANY costs involving a name change to an airline ticket will be the responsibility of the traveler. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible if an airline cancels or delays a flight for any reason, including weather.
What does this mean? Airline tickets are usually non-refundable. Guljan Inc., does not pay for any additional charges such as baggage, seating, check in fees, etc., these are your responsibility. Names on reservations must match! So, be sure to check your passport and have the exact match on all your travel documents. Any costs involving a name change is your responsibility. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, bad weather or any other reason an airline must do to change flights. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be held liable for any issues arising from air travel.
If you are unable to make your departure, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is not responsible for, and will not provide any refund for components of trips missed due to canceled or delayed Flights. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel does not participate in, nor can we assist in any frequent Flyer programs
What does this mean? Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be responsible if you miss your flight, or delayed to arrival tour start point. Any charges or costs incurred by traveler to reach tour start point, is your responsibility.
HOTEL FEES: Any hotel that requires guests to pay a “Resort Fee”, “Tourist Tax” or a “City Tax” upon arrival at the hotel will be the responsibility of the guest to be paid to the hotel in local currency upon arrival. Any additional fees will be stated on the flyer whenever possible. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is unable to pre-pay these taxes & fees and therefore shall not be held liable to any traveler for reimbursement of these taxes & fees.
What does this mean? Unless otherwise noted on the flyer, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel, will not be responsible for any Resort Fees or Tourist Tax, or City Taxes that are imposed by the hotel. Every effort will be made to note any additional charges that are not included in the package or tour.
OPTIONAL TOURS: Reservations are non- transferrable and non-refundable after booking, including, but not limited to, cancellation of port by Cruise Line or weather issues. By booking an optional tour, you acknowledge that excursions cannot be canceled for any reason including but not limited to regret of purchase. Additionally, while no revisions of the itinerary are anticipated, Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel reserves the right to change any tour, schedule, or price, or to substitute stops and attractions on any tour without notice, and to use substitute equipment as necessary. You must contact your Travel Insurance provider to insure your optional tour purchase (or any other additional purchases made to the reservation). Do not assume that tours are insured because you have a policy on your base travel package. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will not be held responsible for tours not insured by your insurance provider.
What does this mean? Sometimes, changes to the tour, (ie., dates, venues, cruise lines, etc..) may occur. Guljan Inc., is allowed to (without notice) use substitute equipment, change of vendors, etc… when necessary. When changes occur, it’s your responsibility to check with the travel insurance company to make sure your coverage is still applicable to the tour costs.
We reserve the right to require a minimum number of passengers to operate any tour. Any tour canceled by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will be promptly refunded. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel highly recommends that you review optional tours offered by the cruise line/vendor as well as their terms and conditions to ensure you choose the Optional Tours that best fit your travel needs.
What does this mean? Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel can make changes if certain number of passengers do not sign up for the tour. Any tours cancelled by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will be refunded wherever possible. In cases where there are non-refundable costs, your travel insurance may pick up that cost. It’s your responsibility to know what is and isn’t covered. Contact the travel insurance company you purchased your policy from to make certain you have the right coverage. Changes to itinerary often means reviewing the insurance coverage.
Additionally, please review your signed passenger information agreement and our general terms and conditions for the trip. That agreement applies to any optional tours you purchase from Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel. Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is acting as intermediary or as an agent for suppliers, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, motor coach, restaurants, sightseeing companies, other travel agencies, etc., in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel. Therefore, this agency shall not be held responsible for any intentional or unintentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers which will result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. By participating in our Optional Tour program, you confirm that you will not, at any time, dispute any charges or process a charge back with your credit card company. Should a credit card dispute or chargeback occur, you agree to pay Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel for any costs involved in said dispute or charge back, including but not limited to Bank fees, Legal fees and administrative costs.

Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel is acting as intermediary or agent for suppliers, cruise lines, hotels, motor coaches, restuarants, sightseeing companies, and other travel agencies in selling or accepting reservations or bookings for services. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any intentional or unintentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of the supplier.
By purchasing your tour through Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel, you confirm that you will not, at any time, dispute any charges or process a charge back with your credit card company. Should a credit card dispute or chargeback occur, you agree to pay Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel any costs involved in said dispute or charge back, including bank fees, legal fees, and administrative costs.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MEDICAL CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE. PLEASE READ THE CERTIFICATE OF TRAVEL PROTECTION CAREFULLY. IT IS RECOMMENDED YOU COMPARE AND REVIEW OTHER TRAVEL PROTECTION SUPPLIERS BEFORE PURCHASE. THE TRAVEL PROTECTION OFFERED IS THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. GULJAN INC., DBA LANGE TRAVEL DOES NOT OWN NOR OPERATE ANY TRAVEL PROTECTION PROVIDER, NOR HAS ANY INFLUENCE IN THE OUTCOME OF ANY CLAIM.
What does this mean? Travel Insurance is a necessary component of a trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance. We have preferred travel insurance providers, but do not control or own any aspect of travel insurance business.
DISCOUNTS: Any discounts/coupons must be pre-approved by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel to be accepted on Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel group programs. Many coupons offered by cruise lines and other suppliers specifically exclude applying acceptance to group travel. Because our group departures are highly discounted each coupon or discount must be reviewed by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel to determine if they can be applied. A service fee may be applied to the acceptance of discount coupon and that amount will be deducted from the coupon value. Additionally, all discounts and coupons apply to the first and second passenger ONLY traveling in a cabin/ room.
What does this mean? Have a discount coupon from a travel vendor? Check with us first to make sure the coupon can be applied to the tour you are interested in.
DOCUMENTS: You will receive your documents approximately 7 days prior to departure. Passengers requesting documents to be shipped to a Canadian address will be charged a $75 handling fee. Documents shipped to any other country outside the United States will be charged a $100 handling fee.
What does this mean? Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel will charge Canadians $75.00 and anybody else outside of the United States $100.00 handling fee to mail documents.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Regardless of the length of the trip you are allowed one checked bag and one carry-on per person. Carry-on Bag should not exceed the dimensions of 12”x11”x6” and checked bag should not exceed the dimensions 30”x21”x11” and weight not exceeding 50 lbs. These are Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel Policies, however airlines and other vendors may have specific policies that you should review.
What does this mean? The measurements here are suggested by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel. However, airlines and other transportation modes have their own requirements as well. Always check with your airlines for exact measurements needed for your luggage.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES: If legal action or arbitration is commenced for the breach, interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs, including attorney’s fees, whether the same be for negotiation, trial or appellate work, incurred by the prevailing party as a result of such breach.
What does this mean? If you dispute any part of the agreement or tour, the prevailing party (either Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel or you) shall be entitled to recover all costs.
Customer Agrees to indemnify and hold Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel and its employees harmless from any loss, damage or expense associated with the services provided to customer by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel under the terms of this Agreement. This indemnity and hold harmless shall include, but not limited to, the payment of all Attorney’s fees and costs whether for negotiation, trial, or appellate proceeding. This indemnity and hold harmless shall survive the termination of this agreement.
What does this mean? You will not hold Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel responsible for any loss, damage, or expenses associated with the services provided to you by Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel under the terms of this agreement.
All claims, disputes and other matters in question arising out of, or relating to, this contract or breach thereof, except for claims based upon nonpayment by Customer, shall be decided by Arbitration in St. John, Florida, in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association unless the parties mutually agree or this agreement provides otherwise. This agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforceable under the prevailing arbitration law. The award rendered by the arbitrators shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notice of the demand for arbitration shall be filed in writing with the other party to the contract and with the American Arbitration Association.
What does this mean? IF you have a dispute, we will go through Arbitration in St. John County, Florida. You agree that whatever the Arbitrators decide will be final.
The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the claim, dispute or other matter in question has arisen, and in no event shall it be made after the date when institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such claim, disputer or other matter in question would be barred by applicable statute of limitations. Upon initiation of arbitration proceedings, no discovery shall be conducted unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Customer agrees no complaint will be filed in St. John County Florida to the exclusion of any other county, state, territory, or country. Arbitration applies to all circumstances whether you have traveled or not.
What does this mean? You must request arbitration within a reasonable amount of time. You agree that you will not file any complaints without first requesting arbitration.
This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. What does this mean? This agreement is binding on Guljan Inc., DBA Lange Travel, it’s employees, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
